Use content you are entitled to share. Check every destination and output before distributing it. Static QR codes cannot be remotely edited or withdrawn after download.
1. The service covered here
These terms concern the Flavorixa website and its browser-based QR creation, reading and batch functions. The current tools are available without a user account and create static QR outputs. Features, supported formats and technical limits are described in the interface and the FAQ.
Using the tools does not create an account, a managed-redirection service or a contract for hosting the websites and files to which your codes point. Any future paid or account-based service would need its own clear conditions before you choose it.
2. Your input and permissions
Only encode, upload locally for processing, or share content you have a lawful right to use. Obtain any necessary permission for names, personal details, logos, documents and other protected material. A QR pattern does not make confidential information anonymous or remove another person's rights.
Check the spelling, phone numbers, network details, dates and addresses you enter. You decide where a downloaded code is placed, who receives it and whether the destination should be publicly accessible.
3. Unacceptable use
Do not use the site to support phishing, credential theft, fraud, malware distribution, impersonation, unlawful disclosure of personal information or infringement of another person's rights. Do not deliberately interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access or use automated traffic to disrupt its availability.
The fact that the tools can encode text or a link does not mean Flavorixa endorses the content. Local QR processing is not a service for reviewing or approving what you encode.
4. Generated files and static codes
You may download and use the generated QR files for your lawful personal or business purposes, subject to rights in the content you supply. Flavorixa does not claim ownership of your input merely because the tool processes it.
The encoded data remains fixed in a static QR image. Changing that data requires a new code. Copies already downloaded, printed or shared cannot be remotely updated or recalled by this website. A linked page may be edited by its owner while keeping the same URL, but that does not change the address stored in the code.
5. Checking the result
Inspect and test a code before sharing it. For printing, test an exported file and a sample at the final size, distance and lighting. Styling, logos, data density, print quality and scanner software can affect readability.
The built-in scan check concerns the rendered digital image. It is not a guarantee of every physical print, device, imported contact field or calendar action. The Disclaimer explains these limits in more detail.
6. External destinations and software
Third-party websites, file hosts, messaging apps, map services and app stores operate under their own conditions. You remain responsible for the destination and any necessary access permissions. Flavorixa does not undertake to keep an external URL, file or listing available.
Third-party software components retain their applicable license notices. Product names and trademarks mentioned to describe compatibility belong to their respective owners; a reference does not imply sponsorship or affiliation.
7. Availability and responsibility
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Interruptions, browser limits or technical changes may affect a task, and the site does not promise recovery of unsaved browser work. Keep copies of files you need and verify them before relying on them in a print run or other important use.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude a right, obligation or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by the law that applies to the situation.
8. Questions and changes
Product and support information is available through About, the FAQ and the Contact page. The draft contact form currently validates tests and does not deliver messages.
These terms may be updated as the service changes. The revision date is shown at the top. A new feature that requires additional conditions should present them clearly before it is used.
