QR content is processed locally. Visiting the site still creates ordinary network requests. The contact form currently validates test details without emailing or storing messages.
1. Scope of this policy
This policy describes the Flavorixa website at flavorixa.site and its QR generator, image reader, batch tools and contact-page preview. It distinguishes content processed by the tools from information involved in delivering the website.
The current build does not include Google AdSense ad tags or Google Analytics tags. Advertising may be introduced later, as described below; this notice does not mean those services are active now.
2. QR content, logos and files
The QR tools process the text, links, contact details, WiFi data, calendar details and other content you enter inside your browser. Selected logos, QR images and CSV files are read locally for the task you choose. The tools do not upload that content to WordPress or save it in the site's database.
Generating a code is not the same as publishing its contents on this website. However, anyone with a readable copy of a QR code can extract what it encodes. A WiFi password or personal detail remains readable even when it appears as a pattern rather than ordinary text.
Downloaded files are saved to the location you choose. The current tools do not offer a saved-project account or a server backup of your QR content. You are responsible for keeping or deleting your own copies.
3. Website requests and service delivery
Your browser contacts the website to retrieve pages, images, scripts and styles. Hosting, network or security systems may process technical request information such as an IP address, requested URL, browser details, time and response status to deliver and protect the site.
Site assets delivered through a third-party content-delivery service also involve a request to that provider. The current draft preview loads the Tailwind browser styling library from jsDelivr. This asset request is separate from QR processing and does not upload the QR input, selected logo or CSV file.
This policy does not promise a specific host-log retention period that has not been verified. A provider's operational records and applicable obligations can differ from the browser-local content handled by the QR tools.
4. Contact-page information
The Contact page currently operates as a preview. A test submission sends its fields to the website for validation, but it is not emailed or stored as a contact message. The form explains this before submission.
Real message delivery has not been enabled. Before enabling it, this section and the Contact page will describe the destination, purpose and handling of the name, reply email, topic and message. Do not enter passwords, payment details, private network credentials or confidential QR content into a support message.
6. Planned Google advertising
Flavorixa may display advertisements in the future, including through Google AdSense. Advertising is not enabled in the current build.
If Google advertising is enabled, Google and other advertising vendors may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads using information about visits to this site and other sites. Google's advertising cookies can help Google and its partners personalize advertising across participating websites. Ad-serving technology can also involve request data such as IP addresses and page URLs.
You can review personalized-ad choices through Google Ads Settings and learn more in how Google uses information from partner sites. These are Google's controls, not a Flavorixa consent panel.
Before ads are enabled, the relevant provider disclosures and required consent controls must be configured for the actual services and audience. Any additional advertising partners in use will need to be identified with their applicable policies and choices. Publishing this policy alone does not activate or replace a consent mechanism.
7. Destinations you open
A generated or decoded QR code may point to a website, file, app listing, messaging service or map operated by someone else. Opening that destination can send information to the destination provider under its own policies. Flavorixa does not control that provider's availability, login requirements, cookies or data practices.
The image reader displays decoded content for inspection. It does not automatically open a decoded web link or certify that the destination is safe.
8. Your choices and questions
You can stop using the tools, clear the input or reload the page to end the current in-browser task. Manage downloaded files and browser data using your device and browser controls. A reload does not recover unsaved QR work.
Consult the Contact page for the currently available communication method. During the draft preview it does not deliver real requests. Where applicable rights depend on the information actually held, a future request should identify the relevant interaction without supplying unnecessary sensitive data.
9. Updates to this policy
This notice should be reviewed when site functionality, contact delivery, advertising or delivery providers change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision of this page. A material change in how data is handled should be reflected in the notice and, when required, in the relevant choices before the new processing starts.
